1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Nimble WHM, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Nimble WHM is a SaaS platform that enables hosting resellers to manage WHM/cPanel accounts, clients, invoices, and billing. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without authorization
- Use the service to host illegal content

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, features, and functionality of Nimble WHM are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimble WHM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
